Noah Geist
Biography
Noah Geist, co-founder of Blackdoor Development Company, has been working in the real estate industry for over 10 years with experience in both asset management and real estate development. Recognizing a niche opportunity in the Toronto real estate market for boutique and bespoke residential condominiums, Noah has sought out properties in established GTA neighbourhoods to provide the canvas for Blackdoor projects. Noah works with an extensive list of the best talent in the industry to create a team of experienced and award winning consultants. Collectively at Blackdoor, Noah and the Blackdoor team source, design and construct truly original, high quality condominium homes in some of Toronto’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. Blackdoor was founded with 3 guiding principals that provide direction from concept to completion in everything we do: (i) we believe homes should be individual and unique, (ii) homes must be functional and reliable, and (iii) homes ought to be beautiful and inspiring places to be.
